Washing liquid agent to clean ink rollers and rubber blankets after using UV ink. This washing liquid can be used manually or automatically. This cleaning agent must not be mixed with water.

Usage

How to use :

To wash ink rollers
  1. Use the funnel as a tool.
  2. Pour the Iro UV solution sufficientl.y to one of the rollers at inking unit when the machine is running in the washing position.
  3. Run the engine in the cleaning position for 2-3 minutes, until the ink rollers are clean of ink dirt.

To wash the Rubber Blanket
  1. Use a washing sponge.
  2. Pour Iro iro UV on the surface of the sponge, sufficiently.
  3. Rub the surface of the rubber blanket clean.
