NIKKEN GLAZE BUSTER
A chemical liquid that is used to remove the effect of glass (Glaze) on the rollers due to the left over ink stain on roller.

Benefit:
  • Very good at removing the effect of glass (Glaze)
  • Free from the hydrocarbons scent
Feature:
  • Odorless (no hydrocarbon scent).
  • Very strong for lifting ink layers / crust on roll rubber.
  • Reopen the rubber pores in the rubber roller ink.
  • Easy to use, does not damage the rubber roll surface.

Usage

How to use:
  • Clean the rollers.
  • Run the machine slowly.
  • Then, pour Glaze Buster 6 times along the rollers, from one side to the other.
  • Run the machine for 3-5 minutes, so that Glaze Buster is well absorbed by all rollers.
  • Install WashUp Blade and clean the rollers with commonly used roller cleaners (Recommended, using a water-based washing solution).
  • And, clean the rollers with a soft, clean cloth to remove the remaining solution. 
Warning:

Avoid contact with the printing plate. If the plate is exposed to Glaze Buster, immediately flush with as much water as possible.
Use chemical resistant gloves, or immediately wash your hands with water after using Glaze Buster.
