KATSURA ROYAL CLEAN UV PLUS
It is a paste-based chemical that is used to clean ink rollers (rubber). This material is able to lift the ink crust out of the roller pores. This material is usually also used to clean ink rollers after using ink from dark colors to bright colors.

Usage

How to use :
  • Clean the ink roller according to the procedure.
  • Stop the engine, then apply Royal Clean UV Plus sufficiently on the ink duct roller evenly from left to right (+/- 30 grams for machine with 40 inch size / 1.020 mm, and do not apply too much because it will occur roller slipped).
  • Run the engine with slow rotation (idle), let Royal Clean UV Plus spread evenly to other rollers and keep running for 3-5 minutes.
  • After it runs sufficiently, clean the ink rollers according to the procedure by using a roller washer
