Description

KATSURA IDLING GREASE
A special lubricant designed to protect ink rollers from friction between rollers. It is generally used in multi-color printing machines, which sometimes, it requires to print less than its number of printing unit, for instance, machine with 6 colors but only run 4 colors which makes 2 unit colors are in idling mode, therefore, it is recommended to use "Katsura Idling Grease" for the idling unit color in order to well maintained its rollers from friction.

 
Benefit:
  • A special lubricant that is 10x stronger than lubricating oil.
  • Do not damage rubber in ink rollers
  • Can last nonstop 240,000 rounds / day.
  • Will not spatter around when the engine rotates at high speed.
  • As well as cleaning the rollers by removing ink crust, paper dust and layers when used.

Usage

How to use :
  1. Clean ink roller and ink duct rollers according to the procedure.
  2. Stop the machine, apply +/- 15 grams in one of the ink rollers, spread it from left to right.
  3. Run the engine with slow rotation (idle) until Idling Grease spreads throughout the ink rollers.


Machine ready to use:

When finished production and it is required to print again, please clean the ink rollers according to the procedure.
