Description

KATSURA IDLING GREASE
A high-performance lubricant specifically formulated to protect ink rollers from friction. It is particularly useful in multi-color printing machines that occasionally operate with fewer colors than their total printing units. For instance, in a 6-color machine running only 4 colors, 2 units remain idle. To ensure the idle units' rollers are well-maintained and protected from friction, it is highly recommended to apply Katsura Idling Grease.

A specialized lubricant with 10 times the strength of standard lubricating oil.
Safe for rubber components in ink rollers, preventing damage.
Capable of continuous operation for up to 240,000 rotations per day.
Remains intact and does not spatter, even at high machine speeds.
Effectively cleans rollers by removing ink residue, paper dust, and other buildup during use.

Usage

How to use :

Clean ink roller and ink duct rollers according to the procedure.
Stop the machine, apply +/- 15 grams in one of the ink rollers, spread it from left to right.
Run the engine with slow rotation (idle) until Idling Grease spreads throughout the ink rollers.

Machine ready to use:

When finished production and it is required to print again, please clean the ink rollers according to the procedure.
